Overview
The agency arm of MeltFlex. Companies come to us when they want AI running inside the actual operation, not a prototype that impresses a board and then gets shelved.
Three things make up most of the work: voice, workflow and visuals. Voice agents that answer real calls in any language. Automation wired into the tools a client already runs, so the busywork between an enquiry arriving and a deal closing just happens. And photorealistic image and video generation for brands that need visuals faster than a shoot allows.
The flagship engagement is GreenWay, the largest EV charging network in Central Europe. We built GDPR-compliant voice agents handling inbound driver and B2B calls in Slovak and English, plus a commercial dashboard their operations team uses daily. I negotiated and structured the data processing agreement and framework contract myself.
