Overview
Founded with my father to represent Chinese automotive brands entering Central Europe. We established Chery's dealer network across the region.
The more interesting part came next. The consulting and dealer-support work was repetitive enough to automate end to end, so I did. It runs as a self-sufficient system now rather than something that needs me in it.
What I built
