Overview
Florian is a Bratislava rental development aimed at companies, families and individuals, with design interiors, city views and building services. The letting side needed to work like a product, not a PDF brochure.
So the listings page is driven by the building itself. Renters filter by room count, floor and availability, and see a live floor-by-floor view of what's actually free instead of a static list that goes stale the week it's published.
Built bilingual for the Slovak and English markets, with the enquiry path wired through to the letting team.
What I built
- Interactive availability browser driven off the building, filtered by rooms, floor, price and availability
- Unit detail pages with layouts, pricing and enquiry capture
- Bilingual Slovak and English build with full URL-level filter state, so any search is a shareable link
- Cookie consent and GDPR handling for the Slovak market
Outcome
- Live at florian4rent.sk, running the letting funnel for the development
- Renters self-serve availability instead of emailing to ask what is free
