Overview
Triptych Bankside is two residential towers and 85,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on London's South Bank. I ran the international sales and marketing strategy with the Sales Director, on a budget over £4 million, leading a marketing team across Asia and the Middle East.
Selling £1M+ London apartments to buyers in Singapore and Dubai who will never walk the building is a product problem, not a brochure problem. So the campaign was built around a virtual sales platform: navigable interior tours of specific units, live agent-guided viewings, exterior and amenity tours, and online meeting booking, with live interest counts and similar-unit routing to move a buyer from browsing to a conversation.
The platform was built with GrandPano, who developed it. I directed the brief, the content and how it fitted the sales funnel, and ran the campaign it sat inside.
What I built
- Directed the virtual sales platform: unit and amenity tours, live guided viewings, online booking
- Ran the international launch across Asia and the Middle East, and the domestic launch with local agents and agencies
- Managed a £4M+ sales and marketing budget and led the marketing team
- Later, as Junior Finance Manager, ran the financial analysis and cash flow for the scheme
Outcome
- Penthouses sold in excess of £3,500 per sq ft, a new benchmark for the South Bank
- Full occupancy of the office building achieved within four months
- Reporting processes rebuilt with the Finance Director, cutting reporting time by 50%
