Overview
Upload a photo of a room, or a floor plan, and get a photorealistic redesign back in under twenty seconds.
The part that matters commercially is what happens after the render. Every object in the image maps to a real product you can buy, with live pricing across IKEA, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart and others. I haven't seen a competitor ship that, and it's why users report 83% fewer furniture returns.
The United States is now the largest market. I built the product and ran the go-to-market myself.
What we built
- Generative image and inpainting pipeline, with room and style conditioning across 25+ design styles
- The furniture-matching layer: object detection to real SKU, with live price comparison across eight retailers
- Credit and billing infrastructure, and the full front-end in Next.js, React and Tailwind
- A suite of twenty tools: style transfer, walls, floors, furniture changer, 3D furniture, stairs and doors
- Shipped on web, iOS, Android and the Microsoft Store, plus a public API, CLI and MCP server so partners can embed the engine
Outcome
- Closed CRESCO Real Estate, YIT Slovakia, JTRE, VI Group, Herrys and Kondela
- Selected for the SOSA accelerator in New York, pitching at the Slovak Consulate General to US investors
- Won the BMW Innovation Award and the Technological Impact Award
- Covered by Forbes Slovakia, Slovak national television (RTVS) and NexTech
