Overview
Residential developers price apartments with spreadsheets and instinct. BuiltMind replaced that with algorithms working over large market datasets, producing pricing that responds to real conditions rather than to a launch-day guess.
I helped develop the algorithm behind the pricing engine and onboarded the first clients. I left for personal reasons; the company continues to operate out of Prague.
What we built
- Comparable selection and the automated valuation logic behind the pricing engine
- Worked alongside twelve engineers to take it from concept to production
- The financial case and pitch for the seed round
Outcome
- Raised $750,000 in seed funding from a US venture fund
- First clients CRESCO and YIT Slovakia, converting pilots into live use across active residential schemes
- The platform now works with CBRE, Skanska, Develia, Revive and JTRE
