AI Family Organizer

I built this one for my own family first. Family logistics are a coordination problem that shared calendars only half solve: who is collecting whom, what got agreed last week, whose turn it is.

So it handles the scheduling side, then goes further and helps work through the conversations sitting underneath the logistics, which is usually where the friction actually is.

My fiancée runs it now. She's the one building it from here, and I pass on what I've learned as she goes.
